Conflict and Peace

Being what they call a cancer survivor is quite something. You breathe a sigh of relief because the months of treatment is finally over and you hope you have finally survived. But I really believed that when my time is up, then it is up; no amount of crying or anger or even chemotherapy can stop it if it is your time to go already but on the other hand, when it is over and treatment is successful, then you have to rejoice what life has brought you. And that’s what I did. My mastectomy at first left me depressed by when I came into terms with it, I thought that better with one breast than complete but dead. After all, reconstruction of breast is done everyday all over the world and I can look normal again. Besides breast reconstruction surgery these days are a lot safer and more successful. reconstruction breast could be the best thing for me.

And having made up my mind, I went online to learn whatever information I can find. How glad I am that I did not have any difficulty looking it up because right away I found this website of Breast Reconstruction Guide and I learned so much from them and the information I learned through them is truly invaluable. It only confirmed my intentions of having this surgery because I know it can only help me feel good again. Now I have started to take steps, I have already talked with a surgeon who can do it for me but since I don’t think he is the best for me, I think I still have to find another surgeon who I can trust better.
